Zenku is a mindfulness and emotional well-being app that combines guided breathing with AI-generated haiku to help people slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the present moment.

Modern life is loud. Notifications, deadlines, endless scrolling, constant noise. In the middle of it all, the small moments that ground us often disappear unnoticed — sunlight through a window, rain on warm pavement, the sound of leaves moving in the wind.

Zenku was created as a quiet counterbalance to that noise.

At the heart of the app is a simple idea: breath and words can work together to calm the mind.

Inspired by the rhythm of traditional haiku, Zenku blends poetry with mindful breathing. The familiar 5–7–5 structure mirrors a gentle breathing cycle - inhale, pause, exhale - creating moments of stillness that encourage focus, emotional awareness, and calm.

When you open Zenku, you’re invited to shape the experience for yourself. You can choose your current mood, the emotional tone you want to move toward, and the theme you want the haiku to explore.

From there, Zenku generates a personalized haiku designed to meet you where you are, whether you need calm, focus, comfort, perspective, or a small moment of playfulness.
